FAQ and service copy
Answer recurring attendee questions and customize the titles and descriptions shown on service cards and forms.
What the FAQ is for
FAQ entries give attendees a fast, self-service answer to questions that are broadly applicable and unlikely to change minute by minute. Write the question in the attendee’s words and put the direct answer first.
On Overview, choose Edit in the Content card.
Choose Add FAQ, then enter a question and answer.
Repeat for each topic, remove obsolete items, and choose Update Content.
Example
Question: “Where do I pick up my registration badge?” Answer: “Badge pickup is in the Grand Gallery on the lobby level. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID.”
Good FAQ subjects
Registration hours, badge pickup, parking, hotel check-in, accessibility, quiet rooms, lost and found, refunds, merchandise hours, meeting etiquette, and who to contact are good candidates.
Description vs. internal description
The Description is the short text on a service card. Internal Description is the longer introduction shown after an attendee opens supported request forms. Despite its name, it is attendee-facing—not a place for staff-only notes.
