Publish where the hospitality suite is and the windows during which attendees can use it.
Configure the schedule
These structured hours are separate from the Hospitality title and descriptions under Content. Complete both areas before enabling the feature.

On Overview, choose Edit in the Hospitality card.

Enter the exact public location.

Add one time slot for each open day with start and end times.

Save and compare the hours with hotel agreements and staffing plans.
