Promoted events
Feature a deliberate shortlist of high-priority program items more prominently in the attendee experience.
What promotion means
A promoted event is still a normal schedule event, but it is selected for extra visibility. Promotion does not duplicate the event or change its category.
Example
Opening meeting, keynote/main speaker meeting, sobriety countdown, featured entertainment, and closing meeting are common choices.
Choose promoted events
Keep the list short enough to feel curated. Attendees should immediately understand why each item is featured.
Create and save the events first.
On Overview, find Promoted Events and choose Manage.
Search the event list and select the items to feature.
Use Show selected only to review the final shortlist.
Save the selection and confirm the promoted count on Overview.
